We are under ~ 2ft of snow. My dear husband cleaned off my car for me yesterday, but I don't need it because the entire state of RI is CLOSED.

This was mainly so I would be able to set up a community for the members of the SADD group that I advise at work and will be generally work-related.

I do not understand the difference between blogging and journaling, but I do know that I like blogger.com much better than livejournal.com.

Wow. I just noticed that HG Wells has visited my blog. Sorry to hear you found it lame, HG. See above for my excuse. To tell you the truth, I've never read any of your work. I was a math major. I agree that Amazon.com and the NYT list are poor sources for book referrals. Check out Booksense.com and support your local independent bookseller! If you want to get rid of that maple syrup, I know someone who'll take it.

Hopefully, more exciting things will happen in my life soon that will make my blog worth reading...
